Well I went out to the Track yesterday with some buddies. Here are some of the results. Keep in mind I had a jerry rigged 7 psi spring with a coil cut off so it would only make 7 psi, also Im running 305-50 -20's 32" tall tire that weigh a **** load! also im at 5800 ft. with lots of traction problems I ran a 15.5 thats the best time my buddy's stock mustang GT runs at this altitude. I then put in my non modified 10 psi spring in the wg. WOW HOLY ****!!! the spring I had must have been bleeding off boost.
With the 10 psi spring boost comes on so fast its at 10 psi instantly. This run I was running against a c5 Zo6.
I had him at the 60 ft. the 1/8th and right at the end he crept up and got me. I ran a 14.0 @ 97 he ran a 13.8
My 60 ft. was like 2.3 or 2.4 something. This is all with a minimal adjustments to a mail order tune.
What you guys don't realize is that our altitude kills altleast 1-2 seconds in the 1/4 especially on N/A cars. My truck stock with stock tires will run anywhere between a 17.5 -18.0 up here.
Stock GTO's up here run in the low 15's
My buddies Audi S4 biturbo 6 speed chipped with exaust could only run a best of 14.5's
I think with more tuning and smaller sticky tires I should be in the mid 13's pretty easy.
I am running 42 lb. injectors, stock pump, shift kit, 2500 stall, mail order tune
everything else is stock as far as the motor goes.
all the runs were made in 2wd.
I had a 10 psi pulley on the Procharger and its not even fair to try and compare the 2 setups. The power with the Turbo comes on soooo much stronger it throws you back in your seat!!!
Well Trick I am more than satisfied with the kit!!! Can't say thank you enough!!!!!
Thank you Alan at Nelson for putting up with me
My Truck suprised the **** out of every one at the track

Those times sound like our track here. 14.0's is moving given that DA! Get some sticky rubber and the 60's should come down some. You have enough trap speed to see mid 13's.
Were you launching with any boost at all? If not, launch in 4wd and build boost. That'll drop the times even more yet.

Little to no boost launching. As soon as I leave I have plenty of boost. It comes on that quick. I held it @ 2,000 rpm anymore tires would break loose and really have traction problems. I am kind of a puss and don't like launching in 4wd.

+1 on the boosted 4x4 launching
I think its easier on the drive train (well, maybe not the tranny
) but it does split the load to both axles. It will get those 2.3 2.4 60's down to 1.88 1.90's and drop almost a sec off your times
