Those Caddies are known for weak rear ends....

Glad to hear you had a good time at the track and got some nice High Altitude times!

A big thumbs up! That is great news and yes, very impressive times for the altitude. Are you a 5.3 or 6.0? Also, are there any clearance issues with A/C or other hoses that would be damaged by the turbo's heat? Any problems at all for a daily driver?

Im running a stock 5.3 motor. The only line you need to worry about are the AC lines but those are bent alittle toward the fender very easily. The kit also comes with some heat shield wrap for that line. Also need to reroute the heater hoses but thats a piece of cake also. The kit was very easy to put in besides having to rig up my custom intercooler setup. My IAT's are about 10 deg. over ambient. Under the hood temps with the coated pipes don't seem any different than before the turbo. Hopefully I'll be running some quicker times soon.

I saw a chick blow the rear out of the same car last month. Those cars are nice. I'd love to have one.

You should come to the Sac June 22nd gtg and run your beast there!! Then you'll really know what that thing is made of AND...I'll get to see it!! Haha.
Q: there's no debate that altitude effects HP especially on N/A motors but how big of an impact on turbo applications? S/C usually see a small drop in PSI but turbo's still see the same amount of PSI, turbo works more to make it but eventually the wg open's up at the set PSI anyways. So with 10 psi at sea level and 10 psi at 5,800 ft, your only seeing a small drop no?
