i plan on having 800ish rwhp via turbo...
my question is what kit would you recommend to build my 2005 4l80e w/22k miles on it..
this will be a street truck and i will be driving it if that makes a difference

With only 22k miles on it, I would just add a Transgo HD shift kit and call it a day. There are plenty of big HP cars/trucks running a stock 4L80E with a shift kit and a stall.
If/when it starts slipping down the road, look into a performance rebuild kit from one of the tranny vendors.

Just order you a FLT Lvl4 80E
I still got my stock 80E that has over 100k miles on it with a HD2 and she is still kicking just fine.
Some say the go with the 34 element, some say stick with the other ones.. ask 20 people get 20 different questions.

a sprag is a one way clutch, the more elements in the sprag the more holding power.
make sure it has the 34 element sprag- if you are gonn aover haul the unit make sure to replace all of them for good insurance. or if you have a giant pile of cash, just buy one already built
