Slohawk, what were your EGT's while towing that load? I bt the meth helped keep them down a lot... thats next on my list...
No EGT gauge.Tranny temp was about 180 at the high with the wimpy factory cooler still there.

It ran fine tranny temps got up to maybe 205* . The truck moves out pretty good with the trailer empty though.
The stall is causing the temps to get a little hotter. If you put a airfowl on the front of the trailer that will aid in the pulling an enclosed trailer. Right now your pulling a brick through the air.

Yeah I know, It was a short distance but did the job . I really wonder how the truck would be with the stock converter? I put the converter in there for the procharger, I don't think the turbo is really gaining much from the higher stall.

my K2500 07 6.0 sub (stock) usually is around 180ish, the big hills (like the 5 mile 5% grade on rt 80 heading west from the water gap in PA) can run it up to 210-215 but after it crests the hill things to bakc to normal. This is all the oem trim stuff, but it seems pretty content at those temps. at 180 you seem to be doin great, don.
