Default Tell me about this turbo.

http://toledo.craigslist.org/pts/3313134965.html

It is worth close to $525? If you don't know I plan to take my 5.3 Tahoe to 8-12 psi would this be a good turbo?

Also look at his claim 660 hp on a mustang at 22psi.!?!? I know it is a shitty *** ford but at 22 psi you should make atleat 800-1000 hp I am thinking on almost any engine?

they are about that much new..
and no fords take alot of boost to make good power.

Id go ahead and skip that one.. get a borg warner
you would be amazed at the power difference between a decent sized BW compared to that one.

Sounds good. Kinda figured. On ebay they seem to be $800 but no reason to save $300 on a questionable turbo.

That's not a bad price for a MP T76, but they don't sell them anymore in the US and you can't get parts for them. It will make what he is claiming, I was about that with one on my LS1 in my truck at one point.

They are $800-$900 new. But as mentioned, Master Power no longer exists. They are identical to the Magnum turbos in specs I believe, but the parts are not interchangeable.

Boost psi doesnt take into account the exh pressure it takes to create it. More boost isn't always more power, the lowest psi it takes to make your power goal will be the most efficient. My next build will either be twins if i can package them or a larger turbine dia and a/r.
