Default o2 sensor placement??? on FI setup

Just wanting some input from you guys, i will be running my bank 1 o2 in the cross over which should be fine but i was wondering would it be better to run the bank 2 in the downpipe next to the wide band or down in the manifold before the turbo, how much does it matter. Thanks in advance guys!!

Not sure how much it matters as the gasses are combined in both locations, but mine is located in the downpipe and works just fine.

The way my full race manifolds are setup they are not combined until directly before the turbo...

I have always wondered this... How effective is the O2 sensor that is measure the combined gasses from both banks? How does this affect tuning?

FWIW, Kyle (KB) has the O2 sensor in the log manifold right before going into the turbo. Wideband should be in the downpipe. The pressure and heat of the log manifold can kill wideband sensors quickly, from what I've been told.

the one thing that i know is that when trying to chase things like intake vacuum leaks and bad fuel injectors, coils or plugs it helps if you can watch the fuel trims on each bank to determine which bank has the issue, if they are combined it would make things like that harder to figure out...

Since your sensor would be seeing The same both banks in either location it will not matter.
You could run 8 wide bands. 1 per cylinder a little spendy.

I have Both o2s on my Downpipe and I'm having troubles. My fuel trims are reading -20 bank 1 and 19 on bank 2. Both brand new o2s from GM. When it goes to closed loop it mifires and runs rich/lean. Where does the other sensor need to be? Help me here lol...

Both sensors?
Stock sensors. Drivers side needs to see that side only.
Pass side can be in the down pipe.
Wide band in down pipe.
This way when a change is made to fueling one bank to the next the computer can see it.

If both stock sensor are in the dp. The computer don't like that.
This way the computer can not see any fueling difference bank to bank
