Supercharged 03 Escalade

Keep your stock heads... No need for better heads at this point. Like mentioned before, the supercharger will actually become your restriction for HP at some point. Heads will just get you there sooner. To that same end you don't want too much cam either.
If it were mine, the cam would look like this with an otherwise stock LQ9:
217/226 115+3 .605/.605 with LSL intake lobes and LXL exhaust lobes.
Along those lines you will need a spring similar to the PAC 1518 and hardened pushrods.
Get a good exhaust system on the truck. That means good headers with a single 3.5" cat back and pulley that baby down pretty good. Look into the Left Coast 32 8 rib pulley system to avoid belt slip. That will also allow for a 10% overdriven crank balancer to get you even more boost. Grab the 90mm J tube an a newer 87mm TB off a newer style car with the X-link to make the electronics compatible. On top of that run a 4" intake tube. At this point you're gonna need a pretty healthy fuel system. a 255 fuel pump and 60# injectors will be a must. I'd encourage methanol to keep IAT's in check and allow for more timing.
What do you have done to the trans? You'll need a good one. You'll also want a good converter. I'd recommend either the yank or the PI vigilante.
That my friend is your quick and easy recipe for 500 HP. It will be a Monster compared to where you're at now. If you just have the supplied maggie pulley all the parts listed above could in all honesty net you 150+ HP on top of where it sits now. That is VERY dependant on how far you pulley down though.
As far as what the stock bottom end can take... if your tune is good it will take a lot. I'm at 13 PSI now and I'd give it more if I could. People have broken them with less though. If you manage to get all of those mods done with 10 PSI you will really like the results.

Thank you so much for your time. Thats sounds like a plan, so now I have a recipe. Tranny is getting done at the same time just didn't know if or how much stall we would need.
For the exhaust I currently have the Gibson cat-back spit rear. I think its 2" from the muffler back. Dump it or keep it?
contacted left coast 32 about the pulley.
Looking into all the other parts. I will post photos once I figure out all the parts to order and photo document all progress.

Woah you are going down a path to frustration very quickly. Stock bottom end should be good to around 18lbs with proper tuning. The mp112 won't support more than about 12lbs without belt slip issues.
L92 heads will not work with your current Maggie. They are square heads your stockers are cathedral so the ports won't line up. If anything get a nice set of worked 317 heads(stock).
EPS specs great cams or
Nickwilliams throttle bodies seem to be a superior choice to FAST. If drive by wire you will need an xlink as well. Your Charger inlet will need to be modified to make the 4 bolt 90mm tb work vs stock 78mm 3 bolt.

I may even know where to get one

I saw you did the 480le swap on your truck. I'm not very hard on my truck and am not towing anything. Do you think I need to swap out or do you think a good rebuild w/ stall and shift kit. I saw you had the transgo. I've read about some people using transgo and some parts from a sonnex. Anyone had any luck with this combo.
Based on what I have read the transgo, sonnex, new clutch packs, and a stall should make for a decent tranny. But thats why I am on here. Let me know what you think.

At best a 4l60 in a heavy truck with a blower is a ticking time bomb. On my '07 turbo (~5050lbs race weight) my trans guy kept an eye on my 4l60 and there was evidence of some slipping with the best clutches available at the time. One would last a while if you don't beat on it but it will fail and repeatedly even with the best parts. A stock 4l80 with a shift kit is the ticket for reliability and a lot less frustration in the long run. Gonna be fun!

I ran the GT2-3 cam, it worked great. I did basically everything above and 550 at the wheels with a 112. Ran 11.7 at about 5100 pounds. That is pretty much a max effort 112 set up.

Build is getting ready to start. I am doing it in stages. Going to start with the tranny build and coil over suspension swap first. I've had to many problems with this air ride and I am fed up with it. Any suggestions for the shock conversion and anti sway bars at a good price point. Arnott has a good looking conversion but if there is something better anyone would suggest I would definitely look into that. Almost all the tranny parts are in. Also had to look into a new problem with the knock sensors throwing codes. Looks like I'll have to change them and the harnesses when I start on the top of the engine. While I'm in there I will change out oil sending unit to prevent issues in the future. I also change out all the 02 sensors and am still getting a code thrown from 2 of them. Wondering if it is not a wiring or computer issue.

No headers, upstreams were throwing low activity codes. voltage on downstream was .58 upstream was getting 0. As for a tune I have no idea what was done durring the tune and that shop is no longer open. I changed out all 4 sensors and cleared all the codes. Had to retap all 4 of them so it sucked. So far so good and they sound like they are all moving pretty good now so I'll dive in deaper if they come back. Also have both knock sensor codes and a bad oil sending unit but I will deal with that when I start rebuilding the top of the engine. Probably need new harnesses and a dam to be built.
