Default sts turbo in an 07 silverado

I have a question about the sts system. I bought one for an 06 hummer, but i want to use it on an 07 silverado. I have the complete kit along with injectors. Would i have to change out my 36# for the 44# on 6 lbs.? I also got a fuel booster with it. Any comments appreciated.

First, it will not work on the Silverado. Completely different kit.
At 6psi, the 36's will work, but if it were me, I would still do the 44's.
If its the Kenne Bell pump booster, I would put it on.

I work for STS in the R&D department and we are currently finalizing the 07 GM truck kit. About 40 percent of the older kit (99-06) fits but the rest of it won't. The H2 kit is completly different though. You would be better off selling the H2 kit and get ours when it comes out. If you are interested let us know via the web site (ststurbo.com) and we might be able to do a in house install in the near future.

Question difference

What is different? I bolted the piping in and it all fit except for the last two intake tubes into the turbo. I can bend those.I also have to change injectors also and have it tuned for sure, but what are the other differences?

the hummer kit is designed to place the turbo over the rear axle.
The truck kits put the turbo where the muffler is. There is also a difference in where it goes over the frame. If it fit, you may not have a Hummer kit.

So what you're telling me is that i can make it fit with new piping where needed, right? I was worried about the oil pump and injectors being different. Well, the injectors are different but i plan on changing the plugs. Thanks
