My daily commute to my union hall is 120 miles round trip plus add another 40/50 miles a day because I rarely get any jobs so I screw around all day. I do about one oil change a month and I switch out my oil every 4-5,000 miles. Just did it today actually! Crappy GM 3 yrs/35,000 mile warranty expired in less than 6 months.

 

Those jack stands make it harder to get the mileage up....

 

They do wonders for fuel efficiency though! I'm on the same tank of gas from last June!!
