THAT'S THE ONE. It's gold and is maybe an inch long and has some cooling fins on it. Each end has a rubber cap that is supposed to be flush with the resistor. Within the first few minutes of start up and driving one of the caps popped out maybe 1/8th of an inch and my alarm went off. Switched it to high and the alarm cut-off and drove it on high for about 1000miles until STS sent me a new one. Sometimes they just come bad outta the box. Haven't had any problems since.
