Default Single or Dual...that is the question?

Don't kmock me for asking but I am curious...who running 10#s of boost or more are running single valve springs with an aftermarket cam? And who is running dual? I know the cam makes all the difference but just curious to see who runs dual springs with a cam that doesnt require them. And has anyone with singles had any issues?

Just run duals for sefety prevention. Specially if you go bigger down the road.

So far so good on the revised comps on 12lbs. Going to upgrade to a set of Tooleys soon though.

I am running 11#s with a 75 shot and 50/50 meth/ water but I am wanting to cam my truck and go up on boost and run full meth, so I had planned on dual springs. I was just responding to a comment made to me earlier in the day that "you never run single valve springs running 10#s or more but I know a few ppl doing it with no issue.

I run 15# on comp 918's with a 22x/.56x cam and no issues thus far. I have been pondering changing the springs out to a dual spring for piece of mind.

Coming from someone who snapped a single spring on a turbo setup, go with duals! I've got the Tooley platinums with titanium retainers now.
