This is after a new seal was replaced.. Now this is starting to **** me off. What you procharger boys think??? After about 15 miles of driving

Damn, that doesn't look right! I've never had a problem with the D1. Maybe it was the guy that replaced them!

I have 20 times, they say this is normal. I can't believe it. I would have no problem sending it in to them. But I know the only issue with it is this. the gears ect are perfect, all tolerances are good. I am willing to be they say that the blower is fuked up, to make another 800 off me..

I've had oil bath type seals leak at first and then establish a good seal after a couple heat cycles.

Dumb question but do you have the passenger valve cover vented to procharger intake?

Neg Jamie. The PCV system is not in use with the blower at all.. I truly think a vent will stop this issue. I am going to try one tom, see if it helps.. If soo, i am going to just buy a D1 wheel and stick in it, then throw the 8 rib kit on. If not, I will prob sell all of the blower stuff, 8 rib kit, headers, go with a turbo set up. I really hope it works, cuz I truly like the blower...
