Roush TVS1900 on a 2003 Avalanche 5.3
Hello guys,
I have read several topics about the Roush TVS1900 supercharger.
I want to install this supercharger kit in my 2003 Avalanche with the 5.3 Vortec engine.
But what needs to be modified?
This kit is made for the 2007 Avalanche, so there are several things i have to do before it works i guess.
My Avalanche is 100% stock, and so is the 5.3 engine, it has the GT5 axle.
I want to have the supercharger for some extra power, but i don't need the power all the time, usually i use the Avalanche for normal driving.
Is this supercharger kit reliable?
Will the mpg increase allot?
Like i said, i like to have the supercharger for some extra power, sometimes.... i won't be using it allot, but it's nice to have when i am in a badass mood and want to make all those VW Golf ricers look stupid in my country
