An easy way to check for leaks is to take the outlet off the turbo. Then put something with an air line into the charge pipe. I used a small cup with a fitting in it. The tighten the clamp down and charge about ten psi into it. Doing this I found all of my injectors were slightly cocked and were leaking air. It will also help to find any leaky charge pipe connections.

 

My 2011 did this as well after the turbo was put on and it ended up being a glitch in the computer. Not sure what Nelson did to fix it but its all good now.

Seems like a tune issue. And the rear o2s are plugged in but just tied up outta the way

Your rear o2's won't cause any issues with it running. They are just there to check the status of your cats. Just have them turned off in the tune. The 101 and 106 cause the 068. You have to figure out if it's a leak causing the faults and if all is right tune them out. But out of boost it should not throw those codes. Do you have a blow off valve? If so it may be opening under vacuum/low throttle conditions. If this is the case it will be bypassing the maf causing in metered air.

 

I do have a bov installed and i cant hear it open and i kept the stiff spring in it.

I will check for leaks and talk to my tuner. I am supposed to get out there tomorrow.
