I am trying, its taking a while and is proving to be pretty difficult.

Hey Brian, any chance we will see something a little bigger in the future? TVS3300 maybe?

I know i'm bringing this post back from the dead, but originally the guy asked about a radix.
A used radix is alot closer to the price of a used whipple than a tvs. Seems like when I searched for mp112's most people needed a lot of meth to control high iat's and make it anywhere near 500rwhp, and no one seemed to notice this guy bromaguire is on a mustang dyno with 24inch chrome wheels and a 4l80e. That's like over 100hp loss from billet 17's and a 4l65e, and he has shorty headers, and a stock cam. All he did was add an intercooler.
I'm about to pick up a whipple for dirt cheap and it seems to me like a whipple with a little bit of money is going to surpass a mp112. Obviously not a tvs which has effeciency in the same range as a twin screw, and is a better kit to start with. The cost is justified, but I think for the money with a little bit of ingenuity the whipple could be a nice setup.
If you've got the money and just want to bolt on the kit and make alot of power then I would say go with a new tvs blower. I think I remember kenny duttweiler with a 408 and a tvs 2300 making 950hp, and some ridiculous torque at like 2500rpms. The zr1's are already over 700rwhp on those blowers.
I wanted to see this thread keep going with updates on the guys with the side mount superchargers. There is a company dragon race that had a side mount whipple for corvettes and I seem to remember 500rwhp at 5.5 psi. The whipple is not a bad blower just a bad setup from the factory I guess.
Anyway just my .02. And I should be able to let you know sometime soon about an LS2 and a whipple on a c3.

This is pretty much what I have been saying. Pretty much by just adding an intercooler to my whipple I have a more efficent setup thats making more power than most of the maggies with similar mods and boost that aren't the TVS series blowers. Yes the whipple kit from the factory isn't the greatest but with a little custom work it becomes a better kit. I am pretty sure if you were able to compare an apples to apples of the whipple vs. Maggie 112 122 with the same boost and same mods you will see the whipple edges out the maggie. I just switched to my winter wheels which are 20's and I will be taking my truck in this week to have the injectors and fuel pump upgraded they will redyno it and see where I'm at. I am going to build my engine and really push this blower to the limits so we will see what it ends up making with a 408 this summer.
