Default Radix Silverado SS Stalling, PCV Valve? Vacuum leak?

My truck is now stalling when coming to a stop at lights or letting off the accelerator pedal and not two footing it. I'm thinking its either the PCV Valve or a vacuum leak in one of the lines on the radix kit. Anyone else experience this issue and get it fixed? I'm going to throw a $5 PCV valve on and see if it fixes it, if not, then I guess I will have to start hunting for a leak. HPT shows no codes. Truck runs fine under power and fuel PSI is normal.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks.

Did it just start out of the blue or did you recently add something like the converter?

It started out of the blue...

Cleaned the MAF and TB. I did kart wheels when it fired up and sounded like brand new. The TB has never been cleaned and the MAF has not been cleaned in probably 45-50k miles or so. Truck runs beautiful. Have new brakes, new shocks, new intercooler pump, temps are in line, truck is ready to rock.

Bought TB cleaner for the TB and bought MAF cleaner for the MAF. Thats all I used, well, except for a red shop rag on the TB with the blade open.
