I installed the radix this weekend and I cant put my grill back on I used the radix intercooler mounts per instructions and it sets out over an inch too far. Anyone else ever had this issue?

 

Wouldn't fit behind the grille on mine either, but fortunatley I tested the fit before I actually mounted it. I ended up making a new set of brackets and mounting it behind the opening of my bumper. I've been meaning to paint it black so it doesn't stand out as much:

 

Must be the year and 1500. They only have instructions for the 2500.

 

Some grills might need to be trimmed.

 

I think I remember Justin from BB saying his wouldn't fit on his SSS either iirc.

 

Well I removed the grills center support and notched the grill shell and got it to go on without the billet inserts. Looks like a mesh insert might work if it doesnt set in too far.

 

I think yours looks tough behind the bumper, not sure if I would paint it.
