Default Radix intercooler arriation problem?

Has anyone had similar experiences with the antifreeze foaming up in the resivoir. The definately will reduce the heat exchange ability of the water in the system. I tried filling the resivoir completely full but getting all the air it is almost impossible. Does anyone know if there is an anitfoam agent that is made to add to coolant systems. Or does anyone have a solution to this?
Thanks,
Mark

yes and no, you need to burp the system, if you feel you have sufficiently burped the system, leave it alone, it will eventually work itself out. Did the same thing to me with water wetter/distilled water combo when new, after a week or so it was all good.

Good deal.
I have royal purple's puple ice mixed in with it. I would go to the straight water but it gets pretty damn cold in the winter here in north Alabama.

Could this be pump cavitation? I'm not too familiar with this pump, but if it goes away though like the others said, then I wouldn't worry too much about it.

The pump is very low in the system so i'm sure it has enough suction head. So I doubt that to be the problem. I agree that getting all the air out will take several days of bleeding but that should solve the prob. I just didn't know if it was possible to get it all out or if you were supposed to. The instructions are not clear on that. The return line is in the very top of the resivoir and it has a lot of flow. When it returns to the air environment it really churns it up after you have been driving a while.

do you fill it while its running? seems to work pretty good, for nice flow and your able to see how far you have to go.
