Radix installed, starts but won't idle.

Any ideas? 2000 6.0 swapped A4 truck.
Truck will start just fine, but won't idle. It dies after half a second or less. If I hold the gas down, I can get it to run stable at 1000 RPM, but no less or it dies.
Also some questions.
Where does the vacuum tube on top of the throttle body plug into? Or do I just cap it? The instructions don't mention it at all
Does the hose under the evap solenoid plug into the side of the Radix where the 2 outlets are? This also wasn't mentioned in the instructions.
I may have gotten those lines mixed up, so any help would be appreciated.
I also have a TR 220 cam. My tune is the 6.0 tune that comes with the Radix modified accordingly to work with my truck. The cam idled decent with the stock tune so I don't think the cam is the prob.
Here is a log of me trying to start it.
Thanks again for all the help.

it sounds like you are not getting fuel. Do you have any blown or missing fuses? you got power to your fuel pump?
I wasnt aware that a tr220 was a blower cam, what cl is it on 112 or 114???

Not a blower cam, but will have to work for now.
I just remembered, when I put a new battery in a while back, I had to screw with it for like an hour to get it to idle on its own. Since I had to battery cable off for over a day, I may have to just sit there and let it learn to idle again.
If anyone can tell me about the vacuum line on top of the TB, the two vacuum lines on the side of the Radix, and the line on the bottom of the Evap solenoid (I think that's what it's called.) I would appreciate it. The instructions seem to just leave these out.
