Radix idler pulleys out of alignment
#11
K, well did u take the spacer and the washer behind the spacer off the idler before you bolted it onto the bracket? If u didn't, that's the problem, if you did, make sure that the pulley is actually flush against the bracket. I had a problem not getting the pulley to snug up over the outer lip. I had to file that lip down a bit and then the pulley finally tightened till it was flush. Hope this helps u out cuz that's the same bracket I was having issues with

I put a new idler, but it still squeaks. I let it run and then shut it off and checked belt alignment. On both idlers, on the supercharger side, the belt is on the very edge of the pulley. On the tensioner side and alternator side, the belt is properly on the idlers. So the problem HAS to be the supercharger pulley. It is an aftermarket smaller pulley, so maybe that it why it is off by a mm or 2.
I'll have to find a spacer, make one, or order a new pulley (2.75 maybe?)
