Default Quick STS Turbo question

I just bought a replacement turbo for my silverado from . I went from a gt67 to a gt67 ball bearing. I noticed that the exhaust housing is clocked a different way than my original turbo. This will affect the piping so how do I go about fixing it? Thanks
