Default Question for the turbo guys

I have a 02 tahoe Z71 5.3l and im planning on buying the 67mm turbo kit here

http://www.livernoismotorsports.com/product.phtml?p=495

My question is if i get this setup will I have to upgrade anything on my car and if so what upgrade? I just need to know what parts I need to make it run fast and good with this turbo setup. Any help would be helpful.

drive train upgrades, exhaust update (think about a downtube cut-out for track day), gauges, tune

Looks like a fairly complete kit, ow.

So pretty much all I need is like a shift kit, maybe a corv servro. Then get a custom tune from nelson or wester. Then get exhaust.

Do I have to replace the cam, lifters, pushrods, etc.?

I am hoping my tranny stays together for awhile but when it fails im going to do a 4L80E swap.

The motor should be fine. The tranny is the weak spot of these trucks it will last with a kit, depending on your driving habits.I think that livernois gives ya a tune with the kit..

Do you think a trans go shift kit, a corvette servo, and a tq converter(dunno what stall to get) would save the transmission for awhile.

I have a DAACO remaned Trailblazer stall. I love it, just right for my setup and goals. Stalls to about 3000 and 6 lbs of boost when brake stalling it, and about 2200 w/out boosting on the street. Plus I can still tow just fine. And it was cheep
