Project "SnowPlow" with 186K miles finally changes ProChargers. D1SC to I1

Mine was on the "BETA" program (to make sure everything fit, and the tune was solid) so I got a major discount. However I never asked or was told what final real world pricing would be. I would imagine after they final release the system, they will have some post or update about that. (or I will try to find out)
Drove it for the first time today around the block. Its pretty much like having all three power adders in one. (Roots, Turbo, Centrifugal)
Instant boost with no lag
Ability to change boost levels (and curve) with a touch of a finger
Killer top end, with no heat soak at all
And it all bolts on, and is 100% removable.
(Like I will ever return my truck to stock, but I have kept all my stock parts even my suspension stuff, just in case I ever sell it)
I am going to have to do the traction control fuse pull trick.
Cause even with the TCS and Stability Control off, it still blows the tires off so much it turns the stability track back on. (LAME) But in a good way.

But with my truck being so low. (almost tucking front tires) I do now notice it rubs a lot more going around corners then it did. I am going to put a small spacer in the fronts here soon anyways, to "level" the truck back out. Over time the front has sagged a bit more then I would like.
That blower was a "Helical" gear set, so it had a nice little whine to it all the time.
This i-1 has that same while when its in the "Competition" mode, however when you turn it to "touring" its nearly silent. Even with the windows down you can hardly hear it. However turn it to Sport Mode it gets a little louder, and then in competition its just a noticeable as the D1SC was, of not a little more.
This weekend I was at a stop light, with my father riding with me on the way to Home Depot, and a Ford Harley truck was next to me. So, I did what anyone would do, I changed the modes while I was sitting there. The guy noticed and well, we ended up running them.
My father had a blast I will tell you that, heck he is retired so I made his weekend for sure. Got the thumbs up from the Ford owner, so it made me happy.
I can say this, I don't think the 4L60 is going to be happy after a solid weekend of beating on it.
MAN I wish my truck was lighter, these dang crew cabs are pigs.

Just saw this post and wanted to add this.
The BETA truck owner is currently enjoying his truck, install went smooth, as did tuning, with GREAT gains.
Once we get caught up on a couple other R&D projects, we will finish the owners manuals for these systems, finalize the tuning for all applicable model years, and engine sizes. Then after that is done we will have the formal release.
Pending orders have already been placed with our sales team, for a few customers that want to be in line for the first systems that ship out the door.

Sorry guys for the lack of update.
Actually been out enjoying the heck of the truck. More then ever before!
So far even though my truck is a boat, with no mods other then the blower,
It has faired pretty well with its first (3) races it has came across, while out doing errands.
1) Modded Harley Truck.
2) LS2 Auto Vette
3) Nissan 350Z
Using 4x4 to launch has proven to be the key. In 2wd mode, once the i-1 makes boost, it just lights the 22" wheels up, and goes no where. However when playing with stuff from a roll I just leave it in 2wd mode.
BIG NEWS: I scored a free TransGO shift kit this weekend from a buddy. So I guess finally I can give the stock 4L60 with 186k miles its first modification. Even with the blower before, I left all the TQ management in the transmission stock, which has likely helped it live so long.
Here is a shot of my dyno on 8psi, 90 octane fuel (blend of 87 and 91).
Still blows my mind it made this kinda power through the stock cats!
It was 242rwhp stock, and 430rwhp with the ProCharger.
I may turn it up to 9psi, and tune it on 93 next, before adding high-flow cats.

I know it could easily make much much more if I would put headers and exhaust on it, but I put so many miles on this truck, and come home late at night, I don't want to upset the people in my subdivision. They are already cranky enough as it is. LOL.
