procharger vs nitrous

Post procharger vs nitrous

i am debating on either getting a F1 procharger or nitrous wat is better this is going on a 408 rcsb on a daily driver

Its comparing Apples to Oranges being a daily driver. Nitrous your bottle can go empty and only have the power on the bottle. Procharger is always there.

what's the compression of your 408? could be an easy decision maker right there.

I've never had a s/c on an engine, but for daily use obviously the s/c is always there. Nitrous is cheap and the outcome at the track is the same. Nitrous seems to make more power in hot weather because it flashes at something like -125 f. If your after occasional use, my vote is nitrous.

if i had 9.5:1 and cash to throw around, id do boost. i'm a cheapass though so i play with nitrous lol.

I've had both, and the bottle is faster initially, but the supercharger is more fun day to day. Plus you can continue to pulley down, and add methonal injection to add more power. Nitrous is like paying for a supercharger one bottle at a time, but you have nothing to show for it at the end.

I'm kinda partial to nitrous.. No ecsb procharger trucks as fast as my nitrous truck.
