No not 6psi typically it really only changes a very small amount with timing. Mechanically cam and valvetrain parts, as well as exhaust are gonna be large players in how engine builds boost because it effects dynamic compression, static compression does some too. I was just trying to help you figure out if it's a mechanical issue or if there is something not right with the setup before the engine, before you go on a wild goose chase or worse start swapping parts...

Well, I went back around the truck today, I have a new tune with more spark to see if that was an issue of firing too late, air filter straight on the housing, and also tightened all clamps down again this time with a 3/8" ratchet instead of 1/4". Found one tubing where the bead wasn't pushed down passed the clamp so got that corrected as well.
