Default Problem with Escalade

Hey I don't know if anyone here knows what the problem is, but I am having problems with my 03 Escalade with a Magnacharger. Sometimes when I hammer on the gas from standing start my Caddy hesitates to go and then starts reving up, reving down, reving up, and down.....and so on. Even if I punch it at 90km/h she will rev up and keep bouncing between 4500-5000 rpm without accelerating. I kept it at that for about 10 sec and that's all she did and didn't accelerate. I am kind of puzzled what it could be. If I don't hammer on it she will accelerate normally without problems.
What could it be? I thought maybe the fuel filter? My Caddy has about 100,000km on it. I don't wanna wreck anything.
Any ideas will help.

I agree with fuel pressure related problems here. I have even seen that without blowers installed. I advise to run with a guage and read what it is doing at idle, at the point just before the hesitation and while doing it. Can't remember fuel pressure specs but I am sure someone here does. Then I guess go from there, starting with what blownchevy said.

But it doesn't do it all the time. I guess I should of mentioned that. One day I drove to a Chevy dealership and it wasn't doing it at all. Figures.
The first day it started doing it I played around some transmission controller that was in the Escalade (i just bought it 2 weeks ago). It had these settings - Off, Standart boost, towing, and high performance. I thought it had something to do with the motor so I put it on the high performance setting and punched it. This is when I started experiencing this problem. That day it was doing it, but then stopped for a week till I just came to Las Vegas form Edmonton, Alberta.
I don't have a fuel pressure regulator installed yet. So don't know my pressure

I would still check fuel pressures, but could it be the tranny slipping?

I'll see to make sure the plugs are on properly. There are only so many things I can do while I am on vacation.
