Hey Ive got a 220/218 turbo cam on a 114LSA its got like 58X/58X lift. Would be killer in your setup as that was what it was spec'd out for!!!

 

throw it in the box with the sts

 

with a front mount tubo kit and open exhaust i think you can get away with more overlap and prety decent "lope" but on an sts kit or even a front mount kit with full exhaust i think any cam large enough to hear the lope is going to hurt you power down low and up high.
