Default Porting 317's for my setup

What would porting a set of 317's do for my setup below? No other changes-keeping ported 78mm tb, truck intake, trucker cam and exhaust as is.

What would hand porting a set cost? I'm just trying to see if it would be enough bang for the buck.

Now that I have the 80e I can start thinking about adding hp!

I might start by running a little more boost with a pulley swap but l was thinking heads would be next. Opinions?

As we know these heads flow very well to start.. I had my heads done at a local shop, that has some exp doing ls heads.. It is easy to mess them up, take to much out.. I would think with a little bit of bowl blending, port matching( which you can do your self) and a infinite angle valve job would free up a little bit of power.. I think I have 300 into mine.

Smaller pulley and bigger exhaust would be my choice.

Then its going to hold you back. Atleast build a bigger y with a cutout and neck it down to the corsa. Back in the day charris blew his corsa apart in his h2 due to so much back pressure.

If your gonna do it I would have a set CNC'd. If you improved your y-pipe and added a big cutout, and paired it all with a 90mm tbss intake setup, I would expect you to gain at least 45-50rwhp

i think stock48 hand ported his 317's on his old motor and gained about 40rwhp while dropping a few pounds of boost in the process. me personally i wouldnt get them cnc'd just hand ported.

If I want to see how restrictive my exhaust is I could unbolt it from the y and run it. If it is a restriction should I see a drop in boost and the afr's lean out some?
