Porting 317's for my setup

yeah, only 60k mi. would not worry me at all, but I cannot verify this is accurate, just what the junkyard guy told me...
The thing that worries me is the fact it's been sitting for ~2years, never run, cycled, nothing. Half of that spent as just a longblock on a pallet.
Yeah, if I had the heads off already I'd defintely be soaking things in oil and checking it out more. I hope the cylinder walls are not too rusty...
I think I've decided not to pop the heads at this point, just to save money since I'm on a tight budget. Just run it as is with some katech rod bolts, then cam/springs/pr, and a few other little things like blueprinted oil-pump, etc. I ran my high mileage 5.3 with just cam/springs/prs with little issue, but I was really hoping I could build this one better while it was on the stand... but back account is holding me back! ah well....

I have a set of 317's I ported that ran great on my LQ9 I no longer need and would like to sell them just the heads and valves I'm keeping the springs make offer
Also they have never been milled or had a valve job and they have 35k on them
