Piping with 3/8 bung
#1
Looking for some aluminum tubing to make an intake. Truck will be tuned SD so won't need a MAF, but will need a place for IAT sensor. I'll need a 3/8 hole in the intake tract somewhere. This won't be for boost but figure one of you would be the ones to ask.
Ive looked on siliconeintakes.com and they have a fitting to go in a silicone boot but I'd rather it go in the piping if possible.

I don't Think you will find anything with a bung already welded in.
Summit has "Air Intake Tubes" For the piping and they also sell bungs as well.
Maybe Trick could help you out???

Using the 90mm truck manifold. No EGR...... a drill bit could make a 3/8 hole though
I dug around the webz and found a fitting to put it in a silicone coupler. I'll just put it in the elbow directly in front of the throttle body. 92mm cable TB was also ordered for it today.

I did that, too. The first time. After that I welded a slug of aluminum to the pipe, then drilled and tapped it. Expect to re-tap any threaded fitting that has been welded on.
