How do you run a 2-bar sensor. Do you just buy the sensor and program for it???

Thanks

yeah, and to do it right you need the 2 bar tuning option with the hptuners you have.

Go to a junk yard. ALL the old GM's and even honda's used GM 2 bar map sensors. they are black and like 1" wide and 2" long. Unlike the MAF and 1 bar map on your truck now where you have to tune the VE and PE tables to match what the boost will be as best as possible, the 2 bar map actually accounts for each # of boost and ads fuel accordingly. This is especially good on turbo's because you can have 8# of boost under a load at 2Krpms one minute and 1# of boost at the same RPM the next minute with no load.

Much more acurate AF ratio and much easier to tune.

That is where I ordered it from. I pestered Zippy and others and he confirmed it. I think it is the same one they use on the Saturn with a supercharger (Ion maybe?)

I'm using a pcm flash for timing and to remove rev and speed limiters, tm and such, and a SMT6 and 2 bar map to do my tuning.
