Here is the complete list of items I needed for my turbo build.

I am sure there are parts that you will not need to purchase but I wanted to show you my list to let you know that it gets VERY expensive and to help steer you in the right direction:

Tial 50mm BOV
Precision 46mm Wastegate
NGK TR6 Spark Plugs
Walbro 255 (2)
80 lb injectors w/adapters (plug and play)
AEM Truboost

And like Oakley said be prepared to be nickel and dimed for other things that might come up.

Let me know if you have any other questions and good luck!

First off, thank you very much. That is really helpful.

I do have some questions. I re-organized your list with some headers that correspond to my list and what else I might need. There are some items I am unsure of atm. If necessary or even just a "really good idea" I'd rather do it. In particular those items that will cost more $$ or time later to install.

So Some Questions:
You state the injectors were plug and play. I didn’t realize some weren’t. Is there an easy way to tell?
Anything on the Left off my list, do I need right now that I do?

Included in Turbo Kit (or equivalent):
ON3 Turbo Kit 76mm
Tial 50mm BOV
Precision 46mm Wastegate

On my list or equivalent:
Walbro 255 (2)
80 lb injectors w/adapters (plug and play)
AEM Truboost
Isky Triple 12 Cam/Springs – although Cam not chosen…
Ebay Head Stud Kit

Left off my list, but I will add:
Muffler
NGK TR6 Spark Plugs

Left off my list, do I need right now?:
6an Fuel/Cooler Lnes (35 ft)
8an fuel lines (20 ft)
A1000 FPR
Aeromotive Billet Fuel Filter
Moroso Oil Catch Can
3 bar map sensor
Ebay Pushrods
Lifters
GM LS9 MLS Head Gaskets (2)
Camaro Dual E-Fans
Nelson Harness (for efan)
Timing Chain
Oil Pump

Doing the trans later when it explodes list:
4l80
Trans Rebuild Kit
4L60 to 4L80 adapter
Fittings for tranny/fuel system
Tru Cool Trans Cooler
Yank Stall
Rear end/Tranny/Oil/Coolant Fluids

Hadn’t planned on doing:
Eagle Detriot Locker w/bearings
Custom Built Steel Driveshaft

Starting point is the L94 6.2L Alum (L92 with DOD/VVT)

Yeah, it's the little triangle plastic panel, that covers the side mirror mount basically.

Here's a video with the exact piece I'm talking about. I bought my kit off "REDCYCLE13" this is a video with it in his truck. It won't fit my truck.
