It's kind of a crapy pic, but this is the PCV valve you need. It's a check valve type that shuts when the manifold see's positive pressure.

where is that connected at sorry might be a dumb question. but i really want to get get this crap fixed its so frustrating.

Way back on the driver's side valve cover. You can't miss it.
