Oil everywhere HELP???

Default Oil everywhere HELP???

hey guys just finished everything on my STS and took it for a drive and i noticed a oil smell coming from the engine. i opened the hood and oil everywhere looks like it just sprayed out of the oil cap like underneath the cap and oil looks like it is coming out of a rubber hose just above the starter on the pasenger side of my motor. im lost guys don't know what to do.

I dont know the fix but dont drive it around like that. Thats how my engine caught on fire

make sure your green wire is attached to your switch valve on the manifold, alot of people think this wire is to be grounded but it is already grounded and needed for a ground source for the switch valve, good luck.

green wire ??? don't have one i don't think i got a black one attached where my valve switch and manifold meet is that it or i got the brown and red wires connected to the silenoid thingy.

is that the green wire that STS talks about in the manual to run accesories off of ?

What psi are you running at when this happens?
I had similar issues with my set-up and still have minor issues.
Some are related to the wiring being wrong and some are related to the wrong PCV valve being used.
If you have the orifice type switch to the ratlle valve type.
You may be pressurizing your crankcase with boost and pushing oil out from the return cap, or even your dipstick.

Gee it would sure be nice if some one from STS chimed in here to tell all of us how to fix this issue. They HAVE to be aware of it!

that is whats happening i think at least thats what it looks like i wish someone could help me with this i really want to get my truck out and drive it but i am scared to with this issue. HELP!!

what do you mean wrong pcv valve? that is whats happening i think at least thats what it looks like i wish someone could help me with this i really want to get my truck out and drive it but i am scared to with this issue. HELP!!
