so far every book I have read on moding our motors with a turbo or a supercharger.
2 things remained constant a regulator to set the fuel pressure to 80 psi and a set of 42 lbs injectors.
I hope 80psi is a mistake. There is no need to set the pressure that high with the correct size injectors and some injectors might not even work or not work well at pressures that high.

should be getting a Walbro 340 high pressure installed this weekend...hope that cures it...plan on running it alone w/o the ProCharger supplied in-line...

I have had one of them fail already and I just have a feeling that this one is contributing to this issue, as well as the stock in-tank...

I have used the in lines in the past and if they are going bad they are a MAJOR restriction.

A good walboro in tank will take you a lot higher than you're at now, so that will be nice.

Aren't 99 and 00 computers a little funky?

Could you swap in a 02 and up computer by chance?

you can put an 02 os on a 99/00 pcm. Shouldnt the psi be at like 55 idle and 60 full throttle?

last time I checked fp, it was 50#'s @ idle...haven't checked it @ wot on current set-up...what's ironic is that the rpm level I was maxxing old injectors at is about the same level I am now starting to get kr that rises quickly...

stock wiring is fine for what you are doing.
