Maybe referring to the 8.66 lower pulley, since you already changed the upper. Should add another 3psi. But with the cam and headers, you'll have less measured boost (compared to stock cam and manifolds) due to the less restrictive intake/exhaust path (might seem counterintuitive but with a blower, less restriction = less boost with > power). So easily doable on E85. I guess the one question is, did you gap the rings for boost? Remember the factory LSA and LS9s came with larger ring gaps than NA engines, in addition to piston squirters.

I'll have to back track a little bit on chassis numbers. Might not quite be 6XX at the rear wheels with current setup... I was thinking of the LS9s peak power as a starting point, rather than the ZL1s, and if actually measured on a AWD chassis dyno you'd lose a couple more % in parasitic losses. But high 5XXs easy, and over 6XX with a larger lower pulley.

You should be okay on the injector side if set to 58psi @ idle, and boost-referenced.

Should be 570 to 625 a awhp at your boost level with a 6.2 if your spinning it hard enough...

I understand they claim 1k crank for that 525 so maybe 7-750 whp on E for 2wd. You should be ok a little either side of 600 with E85 on AWD. You could always blend 93 for a 50 - 60% mix when you fill up if you have to. Just x gallons of this and x gallons of that it's that simple. There is not much gain after that % anyway and it gives your fuel system more head room. Very nice build!

Lol understood. For where you are starting should be just fine.

Party pulley = give it all the beans max charger rpm (smallest charger and overdriven crank). If you can get a 10% over crank damper (Innovators West or ATI) do so as that helps out with getting to small pulley on the charger that could lead to belt slip. The more surface area that belt grips the better off you are.
