More blower concerns.

I’m chugging along with my 2015 CCSB z71
L86 6.2L machine work is done. Await forged pistons and rods from wiseco.
BTR stage 1 supercharger cam with associated valve train upgrades.
DOD delete and cam phaser for vvt.
long tube headers with associated exhaust.
Built 8L90 awaiting clutches from raybestos.
I followed website instructions and sent specs of all upgrades to Magnuson so tune file could be adjusted.
Was planning on a TVS2650.
Magnuson replied they no longer do that. Only tune for factory vehicle.
contacted closest speed shop that has a dyno and is a Magnuson dealer. It’s 5 hours away.
asked if they could get me a starter tune for the setup. They said they don’t do starter tunes. They advised I trailered the vehicle to the shop.
i’m beginning to second guess my decisions.
thought about whipple, but was told 2.9 is going away. No 3.0 let for my truck yet. Would like some factory support.
I’m close to pro charger, and could likely get better support, but concerned it won’t be the low end I want from a roots blower.
If I were to get a Magnuson TVS2650 and used their tune with my other mods, do you think it would be okay to drive it nicely 5 hours on interstate to the dyno for a tune?

If their tune is designed for the stock vehicle, then it still will not work because you have deleted all the AFM/DoD stuff and removed the VVT.
You'd need their tune file and then someone to modify it afterwards and before you could ever start the engine.

I have an edelbrock 2650 for sale in the ad section. Good deal and no wait time.
Best bet would be to purchase HPTuners and get with a reputable tuner who does remote tuning so they can really get you dialed in. Then if you have any minor things that need adjusted, you don't have to worry about getting it 5 hours for a minor thing. Just send a log, they look it over, email it back.
