Default New turbo manifolds are Done....PICS.

Well I finally found so time to finish welding up the manifolds. Everything is stainless even down to the studs. They weigh aroung 20lbs each but Im not to worried about weight as long as they last. Well here are some pictures...

just outa curiousity, did the exhaust flanges warp any from the heat? You might wana take them to a machine shop and surface grind them so they are dead flat and wont leak...I would lay a flat-edge on them (metal ruler) and check them out

Thanks guys. I dont think these will be cracking anytime soon the tubes have 1/8" thick walls. I only get to work on the truck on the weekends but I sould have it done soon. I sold my air-air intercooler and im going to do a Air/water intercooler like Parish. The air/water will let me run about 2' of tubing from each turbo to the intercooler and about 2' of tubing from the intercooler to the engine. With the air/air it had 15' tubing from the passenger turbo, 10' tubing from the drivers turbo to the engine including the intercoolers length.

Cool

Those look great. I hope they work well for you and stand up because you can tell a lot of hard work went into designing and making those manifolds!

Congrats
