Just got a new D-1SC kit for my 00' RCSB w/stock LQ-9. will LS-9 injectors be a good choice and will the stock harness connectors fit? also what kind of pump should i run? again nothing radical here just a 4.5" pully so expecting around 6-8 psi. thanks for any help

I would get a lonnies performance dual-pump kit, and a set of 60lbs. injectors. Better to be safe than sorry and than if you decide to pulley down to 4.0 or so you will still be plenty safe.

I tend to be more conservative so for 6-8 psi I would say a Walbro 255 and some direct fit 42 lb injectors ...Keeps things a little more civil/oem....I dont like using spacers/splicing on my daily driver..now on a track truck with 10+ psi listen to Bad apple.....

there are actually 73#'s that are direct fits at our fuel pressure level,SRT10kllr- I think sells them.

Bad Apple has a good point, nobody ever keeps it at 6-8#'s. LOL

Yup, SRT10KLLR has the plug-and-play 73#ers. As stated above, go bigger on the fuel system than you need to right now. Eventually, you will up the boost. Go with a Lonnie's double pumper or a Bosch 044 with at least 60# injectors.

Do you have a return style fuel system? I would just run a Walbro 255 in the tank and pick up a set of 60lb injectors. You would have to space your fuel rails and use different pigtails but how big of a deal is that when your adding a pro. If you don't want to cut your harness, you can pick up a set that with the connectors you need on each end for a little more $. You could get by with 44lb injectors, but if you pulley down or add a cam, etc, you will probably max them out with that LQ9 pretty quick.

With a procharged LQ9, he'll be maxing that walbro out if he ups the boost at all.

Listen to these guys they know what they are talking about. You'll enjoy that 6 or 8lbs for maybe a week and want more. I wish i would have done that to begin with instead of having to redo mine. Doesnt the 00 models have return style fuel sytem? If so go with a 255 intank then add an inline. But listen to sureshot and sharpshooter they know D1 prochargers.
