Exactly!

I see the exact opposite of this low end loss having a TVS...

You just gotta wonder why a company would spend so much money towards R&D on a product that could not superseed the ol' product in all aspects...

I put little x's on the 2 curves..Only 10psi on the TVS vs. 11.5psi on the MP122.

The 1900 curve peaks sooner, then falls on its face. Maybe this is where it can't supply the air flow the mp122 can? I wouldn't be belt slip from the small pulley would it?

TVS would have out performed in all areas with the same boost level....compare the next line down with the a diff pulley on the MP122 ...

At the lower pressure ratios the smaller blower will make more tq down low. I am basing this statement on what I have seen at the lower pressure levels that a stock motor will live at. If you turn them up then there is no comparison, even I have said that. There will be more TVS testing coming soon.

But are they really turned up? This is on a stock bottom end, no forged pistons...

I am coming from a LONG TERM standpoint. There is not a STOCK drive line that will live up to 10 psi or more for any amount of time (god knows we all know that). For the 95% of the people out there that buy a supercharger the 5-7 psi range will get them what they want and the long term reliability that is required by us and the customer. Look at it this way, we can supercharge 95% of the world and the other 5% has the option to turn it up now

The 95% I am referring to is the "showroom" buyer that adds the supercharger on at the dealer level and wraps it up in his financing. This person is not going to want/need more than that.

Is the 6th gen EATON better than the 5th Gen, Yes.....will it make its way into the main stream some day, yes. I have never said that the TVS was not a good blower, I am saying that all superchargers have their place in the line up. I dont see a stock 4.8/5.3/6.0/6.2 needing a TVS1900
