I was just thinking bro.......with that beautiful new truck are you really going to want to build a forged motor to cope with high boost levels or do you just want to run safe daily driving boost levels?

yea, fried 3 trannies. I was the only person to custom tune a stillen piece on a Titan. found out quick like why stillen kept the Tq management in place with the piggyback....Titan has a 350Z tranny ouch! 2 peeps offered upgarded trannies but the prices were of the charts and not proven...I was tired of being a lab rat....

If you were to lay the two next to each other on a dyno at 8 psi the 112 would smoke it in "street" trim. Its not backwards, its simple physics....the bigger blower will not create as much pressure at the lower RPM's as the smaller blower.
Most are fixated on the terms that most are....IAT's, cooler charge....bigger blower....and I can understand that, it does make perfect sense to the guy that has not driven, tested, seen, and analyzed the data from the two different set ups.

For your 6.2L with the L92 heads, the MP122 would be a dead ringer for you.....more than that motor at that compression ratio with pump gas can handle At Magna Charger, we are focused on supercharging for the long term, we are not interested in getting a call from you in 6 months about your blown up motor........However the after hours thoughts are always on the MAXIMUM performance.....and we can and will be playing with the big boys soon enough.

i am off to bed.....
now that is an excellent post my friend!

Well lessons learned for the Nissan Titan. The Denali is staying mild. I will never go extreme on a daily driver again it messes with my life when things break on my only means of transportation....

I need a new toy. I want to buy a V8 GMC Canyon when they come out in 08' then re-badge it to read GMC Cannon....lol Then swap the 5.3 for a built L92/6spd and top it off with something nasty on top like the TVS....

BlownChevy brings up some very valid points.......I would try and figure out what your end game plan is as much as possible so you know what direction to go in. The 122 just may be the perfect setup for you(old technology notwithstanding)
