Default New Belt w/ Radix Pulley?

I've got the 3" on my 6.0 with now making right at 6.5-7lbs.

I'd like to get the boost back up to 10-11lbs.

I'm thinking i'll need the 2.7x?

But will i need a new belt to prevent any slipping?

Please confirm the pulley size i need and about the belt size.

thanks,
chris

check with whitt1, BLOWN364 or BigTex, they are all running small pulleys.

I now have a 2.8" pulley and am using a gatorback 110.75" belt. I saw no increase of boost going to a 2.8 from the 2.9 on MY SET-UP (6.0L LQ9). I am sitting at around 8 to a little over 8psi. Keep in mind I have a cam and a full exhaust which hampered my peak boost levels.

I have heard of people with the LQ9 using a 2.9 and getting 10psi.

sounds to me like there might be too much overlap on the cam.

I'd be surprised by 10 psi... Perhaps nine or a little over?

cam specs for me 214 / 222 .559 / .566 on 115LSA. (not the ideal blower cam, however not the worst).

On the 10 PSI thing from a 2.9 (on a LQ9), that is just what I heard from some people...I have not had the same experience.
