Default New 2300 Massive intercooler. :)

Been working on this one for a little while. We increased the width and depth.
A 1" spacer is required for this to clear and once its installed we will still be higher off the bottom then the stock unit.
We kept the od tubing in the inlet and outlet the same, but increased the ID to help flow..

Not fully completed and shipped to customer yet. Still have a couple of things to get from the cutters. We are going to do some things to the IC location that should help the get the air to spread out over the larger IC and keep it off the DECK so not to choke it down once its through. Plus having thermal gaskets will help cool things down.

Been doing IC stuff for some time now and any time you make your IC larger its a good thing. Have not done the full % size yet, but I think we are 30 square inches larger.

I am following this thread, as of right now I expect my setup to have fairly low IAT's but this is interesting.

There is a reason the intercooler is so close to the deck. That is actually an engineered design that has been proven up to 950 HP and 20 psi.
