Exclamation Need HELP from those with RADIX!!

I have an 02 HD Silverado that made 302 rwhp and 315 rwtq. I just now purchased the intercooled Radix kit along with a set of 1 3/4 Stainless works headers (havent installed the headers yet). The Radix is NOT making any boost! I have an autometer boost gauge mounted in the cab. Any suggestions on what it may be?? Instal was clean and easy. I have a 9 sec street car, this is just the tow vehicle. I am not a stranger to working on cars. This one has me and a buddy of mine baffled. Let me know if anyone has experienced this.

Thanks!

Yes. The boost guage is hooked up correctly. It reads vac and will go to 0 at full throttle. It just doesnt seem to be making any boost. I will put it this way. I KNOW that the truck was faster before the Radix. It is just NOT making boost. It is like running on motor with a restrictive intake.

Any other thoughts?
