take the negative battery terminal off for a few mins, then drive it easy.

Why did they use another PCM, unless they have an EFILive Road runner...

Disconnecting the ground should reset the code, so you can drive it.

The most likely cause of that code and REP mode was because they didn't increase the predicted air flow vs TPS table. That table needs to be multiplied by 3-500% when you put boost to DBW setups. What happens is with the turbo, it is now flowing a LOT more are at lower TPS and it gets out of what the PCM thinks is a normal area for air flow and so it throws that code and goes into REP.

The tuners should have know this if they have tuned much GM FI.

I have had the worst day of my life yesterday I flat feel like hurting somebody! Yes they were using the roadrunner with efi live and they hammered on it all day. I had to walk a mile just to get my son something to eat I got back and it was just sitting there. He said it was done I paid for it and it wouldn't even pull out of the driveway went into reduced power would not hardly run, but the weird thing it would not do it on the dyno, anyways the code was a U107 tac communication problem when we were troubleshooting he kept on saying that my throttebody went out and I knew that wasn't the case, we tried everything and I finally told him that I would put the stock injectors, map sensor and tune back in the truck we did and no problems thankfully he gave my money back I still have the two bar map in a box in the truck so I kept that, I was so worried I had let my son skip school, I thought this would be a fun experience for him I'll bet he hates cars now I kept thinking how I would be stuck a 140 miles away from home and he would try to get me to buy a new throttle body and plus he had to go to school and I had to go to work per commander and chief! So Yeah still not tuned and have no idea what to do!

REP should have happened before the tune, not after.
Without a tune, even a tad bit of boost will shut it down.

Maybe they flashed the wrong tune into your PCM once they swapped it back in after building the tune on the RR.

Ya, sounds like they either used the wrong OS to build your tune or didn't flash the right tune to your PCM. It's still only speculation...
