so far we're looking at:

-the turbo to make sure it's in tact(not damaged by the bolt found inside it)

-the intercooler to make sure it's not clogged or leaking

-the air filter and elbows to make sure they aren't collapsed

-the eboost2 to make sure it is programmed right(though this wouldn't cause the backpressure issue i don't think)

-might as well inspect the wastegate and bov right?

Any other suggestions? for what it's worth the wastegate is i think 50mm and has the 6lb spring in it.
Don't they have a Turbonetics T76/.96AR laying around, just to try? Thay should easily support 10-12+psi on your setup. If it dosen't then you will know there are other problems.

Not sure. The issue is, all of these things were discovered on thursday last week. They shut down on friday. Didn't have a chance to do much after discovering the issue.

All I can say is Holy F-ing ****. I just read through all the Tech posts and a lot of this thread. Dude you have some of the worst luck known to man. Not like you didn't already know that but damm I will pray to god on your behalf tonight!!!!
It seems like a case of too many hands in the cookie jar on your build, too many thing being messed with at once. If I have learned anything from jagging my truck up it is this.
Only troubleshoot one thing at a time, get it fixed, tested and move to the next issue.
Messing with more than one thing leads you back into the circle of hell for sure.
I am no expert but basic common sense goes a long way when diagnosing problems, a little mechanical aptitude and this site help a lot too.
You pick apart each individual system and make sure each is optimal and then move on.

Has anyone just removed the intercooler and replaced it with a section of pipe just to rule that out of the equation?

I wish I had time to disect every post but it would do little to no good, you have had so many hands on this truck who knows whatt each individul has done or thinks they did.

Putting it back to stock and selling it would not be a good thing, you have soooo much invested and with all the f-ed up wiring problems the issues would just be passed on to the replacement drivetrain and future owner.
That would be like intentionally giving someone herpes.

Good luck man, I will pray to the almighty for you.
Merry Christmas and a better new year!

Maybe alot of Cam overlap, stock manifolds and T4 flange are killing the motor before it ever gets going... I would like to know what are the back pressure readings @ lower rpms also... 2psi would be pretty crazy @ idle... Someone else had about the same troubles had to swap downpipe and turbos to Kill off the pressure
stock truck manifolds are killer. might just be the best set up there is if you can make them work.

i made over 1000rwhp on a single t4 turbo.

not knowing the cam spec's(maybe i missed them), that would be one of the first things to look at. along with a good visual inspecion of the turbo wheels and intercooler.

sorry for all your bad luck.

I will know next week on the dyno if the problem is fixed. I finished the spring install today, and the new Crane Roller rockers (1.7), have not finished running the valves.

i had some comp roller rockers, they didn't work at all. too heavy i think. i couldn't pull past 5000rpm with them. after doing some research i found out it was a comon problem.

Interesting. I will see what happens, they were sent to us for testing. Did you need to grind your valve covers?
