Regular 112, stock pulley 2.9, LS2/7 throttle body, 5.5 to 7 psi of boost, 18-21 degrees of timing, 4L70E, 14 Bolt 9.5" rear axle w/Eaton Locker, lowered 2" front and 3" rear and everything else is stock.

I have the transmission out for rebuild now, Kooks 1 7/8" X 3" Headers and 3" Catted Y-Pipe, Short Block is getting Forged Mahle Pistons, Eagle Forged Rods and all ARP Fasteners inside. I want 500 RWHP from this setup before I go the next level.
So you're going to pully down form more boost with this next setup? Sounds killer!!! Will you be using any Detonation control? What did the above set up (before the tranny, headers, bottom end...) put to the wheels? Thanks for all of the help!!!

I will pulley down to get 7-8psi of boost after the exhaust and other mods. No need to use alky or anything else at these boost levels.

The stock installation put out 443 RWHP and 423RWT

Sorry for the stupid question, for some reason I thought you were talking about a different TB. I'm very interested to see what you come up with from those mods!! Thanks for all the info.

No problem Bro. I am shooting for 500RWHP from the above mods. Then will be a little track time and time to tear it all back down for heads and cam. The eventual goal is a 91 tune with 650RWHP for the street.

The Kooks 1 7/8" Primary w/3" Collector Headers and High Flow Cat Y-Pipe were delivered by the Big Brown Truck. Plans are to have the Cats cut off the Y-Pipe and run Duals all the way back.

It is real easy to put together and set it up. I cut and sanded all the ends to the transitions it is almost seamless.

Joe, are you using the stock maf or a 100mm maf?
