Who does this truck belong to?

Anyway, it has a 408ci and a MP122. He says with a 2.75" pulley he makes 7psi at WOT. That seems weak. He's barely breaking 600hp. The tune is fat but still.....guys are close to that on here with a MP112 and a 6L. what gives?

I guess. I was just expecting more since I see a 5.3/Radix making 514/518.
83 more ci and a bigger blower should be worth more than 90hp. Maybe not....I think he could tune another 50hp out of it if he wanted to.
