How about a picture of your setup installed in your truck so we can see how everything is setup.

I am shocked you do not have belt slip issues.

 

I do at high rpms, but he is going to fab up a pulley system, you know how custom setups go, you dont know what your getting into untill its put together and needs to be modified. The intercooler hoses are not hooked up in this picture either.

 

Ya I've been there, you just learn and alter as you go.

Talked to a few ppl that have some suggestions, I was advised on an open plenum manifold it will kick *** under boost but could struggle under idle, they put in runners so my guy is going to build runners in the manifold to stop the "bleeding" into other cylinders. Lets hope that will fix it
