Ok, here's my input on your IAT's. May no be worth a ****, but I've dealt with this on two trucks up here and got IAT's under control without meth.

First of all, your open air cleaner is hurting you. You're pulling in under-hood air temps to begin with. I'm gonna recommend that you go back to the factory airbox, or get yourself a Volant. This WILL make a difference, but may not be all of your problem.

Second, and may not apply, you need to make sure your intercooler is actually working. If your intercooler pump is not working due to a fuse, relay problem, wiring problem, or straight-up pump failure, your IAT's will climb that high.

Did you ever get a boost gauge on that thing?? How much boost are you pushing?

Something else is going on. I NEVER see IAT's that high, and I have no meth. 10-11 psi.

Nope, sure doesn't. Thank God!! That's one blessing about living here. But we see high 70's and 80's all summer long. Those IAT's of his are out of control, and there is an underlying problem that hasn't been solved yet. If I recall correctly, he has a used system. Something in the base system is not working correctly. I think it is a combination of his open air filter and also an intercooler problem. Maybe his hoses are mis-routed, or the pump is not moving enough fluid? Hard for me to check it from here, but I never see those IAT's at 10-11 psi(I don't have meth).

He says it happened at 80* ambient, not too far off from my current temps here in the 49th state.
